Chocolate mousse
1 cup raw cacao powder
2 ripe avocadoes, depending on size, maybe 3
3 tbsp raw coconut oil
3 tbsp agave syrup and honey (as you like it) or a combo of agave and soaked dates or a combo of banana and agave etc…
pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Mix in a food processor or blender until very smooth—pour into serving dishes and chill until required. Makes a delicious pie filling as well!
