Buckwheat Pancake Mix
3 cups dark buckwheat flour
1 cup whole wheat soft flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoons raw sugar
Instructions:
Combine above ingredients and keep mix on hand. To use, simply mix equal amounts of dry mix and liquid together and cook on a lightly oiled griddle kept at medium low heat. Serve with applesauce, maple syrup or nut butter.
