Basic Bliss Ball
1 cup very stiff nut or seed butter (almond, peanut, ect...)
1 cup any dry fruit sliced into very small pieces
pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients. Make balls about walnut sized.
If the mix is too stiff to make balls, add a couple drops of water or vanilla
If the mix is too moist, add (a very small amount at a time) carob or cocoa poder, or powdered milk, or yogurt.
Optional: balls may be rolled in coconut shreds, sugar or cinnamon.
