Chocolate Ginger Raspberry Cookies
Cream together:
1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
Mix separately and add:
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger, powdered
Instructions:
Wrap dough in saran wrap and chill for a few hours. Shape into balls and put on a greased cookie sheet. Put a thumb print into each ball and fill with raspberry jam.
Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Makes 20 cookies
