Black Bean Sauce
1 1/2 cups cooked black beans
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp ginger root, chopped
2 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos
1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/3 cup filtered water or stock
Cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions:
Puree ingredients in a blender or mash up by hand. Garnish with minced chives.
For a heartier taste stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheese and heat before serving.
Try over woked wild mushrooms and roll up in a tortilla or over rice or squash.
