16 ounces (453 g) shredded Gouda cheese (4 cups )
3 eggs (beaten)
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour into an ungreased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350º until puffed and lightly browned, 25-30 minutes. Cool several minutes. Cut into squares.
