chocolate fondue for 2
300g camino choc chips, semi-sweet/bittersweet or baking choc, semi-sweet/bittersweet or unsweetened
3 tsp butter
¼ cup whipping cream
1 oz gran marnier or rum (optional)
Fresh or frozen assortment of fruit, in bite size pieces (strawberries, mango, banana, pitted cherries)
Mix of nuts, (macadamia, cashews, almonds)
Instructions:
In a fondue pot or double boiler, melt the chocolate and butter very slowly (this may take a long time). When the chocolate and butter are melted to a smooth consistency stir in the whipping cream and gran marnier. Ready to serve for your dipping pleasure.
