1 cup water
1 litre scalded rice milk
1 can coconut milk
1 cup washed basmati rice
2 inch piece ginger, peeled and cut
1/2 tsp cardamom
dash of salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
Instructions:
Scald rice milk and water, pour over all other ingredients. Cover. Bake at 350F for 11/2 hours (just until soft). Stir every 20 minutes.
