Thank you Meadowbrook!

I have found you dedication to quality and all seasons greens wonderful! I am an avid sprouts and leafy greens eater. It has helped me so much to have fresh sprouts and arugula at my fingertips. I work at the Kootenay Co-op and one of my favourite break meals is: a nice warm bowl of deli soup, accompanied by bread with a generous amount of sprouts to top. It keeps me going through the winter- green power!! This is also especially going out to your farm as a ‘love letter’ because of your family involvement and decision as a couple, to share the passion (and hopefully the workload) in the process of creating something beautiful and beneficial .
